What songs did they sing?
The traditional standards. If I hadn't been caught offguard,I would have asked them to sing the theme to Christmas Vacation.

give it time. the purple haired mom’s on facebook will have them cancelled soon for having the gall to sing Christmas carols in public.
It must be miserable being in your head. Last night there was a mini Christmas parade that passed in front of my house. Its something that has been going on for the past 4 years. Its a float used for Mardi Gras parades, and a few other vehicles with a police car in front and one in the back. They play Christmas music, people go outside and watch, its all in fun.
No one is trying to cancel it and if they were they would be in a small minority. There isn't some evil political movement trying to make it stop. Lots of money is made during the Christmas holidays so no one is going to kill Christmas.
You need to stop listening to whatever talking head you listen to or consuming whatever BS media you consume.

Our HOA banned caroling a few years ago much to my shagrin. We did find a loophole and now go silent caroling. Works very well and extremely meaningful.

A few years ago a local news story was about carolers going up to a house and the door being opened by four naked people, two men and two women. Swinger Party interrupted perhaps?

I haven't seen carolers in many years...I'm just sitting hear appreciating that these 2 posted in the same thread just moments apart. Like the world is in perfect harmony.

Grew up in a west Texas county with a population of around 1400. Our high school church group went caroling along with cooler of beer. After hitting up the fourth house it was decided our best bet was to just go find a place to stop and drink instead of making another 5 mile drive to the next nearest house.

Chris, it was a joke slash easy jab. Pay attention.
No one needs a 3 paragraph dissertation from you in this thread or any other.

They had a credit card reader for tips. Everyone wants a tip these days. Even the $15/hr batista.

Question: How long do I have to stand there politely while they sing?
