I'm kind of a comedy snob/student. In my eyes, pretty much all comedians get a lot of latitude when it comes saying "outrageous" things. They're the voices that need to be protected the most. That's why Bill Burr's appearance on Colbert made me depressed.

His comment is funny because it clowns the idea that the police are targeting blacks. He's saying if they're targeting blacks they should kill a white kid to throw people off the trail.

I heard a white comedian say "what do you call a black abortion clinic?" Crime stoppers. That is kind of fricked up.. The white guy was talking about killing babies. Does that upset you?

I didn’t say that. I don’t give a rat’s arse who says them. It’s the saying “we should have more white kids shot” that has me wondering how he or you or anybody could find that funny. Kids getting shot isn’t a joking matter.
