LOL. No. But unless they're riding an old shovelhead or panhead, they don't have to rev the engine. They can crank up and leave quickly without ever getting over 1,500 - 2,000 RPM. I leave my sub-division almost daily without making much more noise than an average pick-up truck.

I wish. Sorry but assholes are universal. Folks like that drive me nuts. Like I said, unless they're on an old carbed Harley, there is no reason at all to rev or even warm up (unless it's in the 30s) the engine. Modern fuel injected Harley's are designed to crank and go within seconds with zero need for elevating the RPMs.
