meh...im at a cross roads here.
I cant blame a establishment from protecting themselves.
But at the same time, Chipolte makes a ton of money and if they did it, they have freaking cameras.

Yeah. It’s pretty clear from the article that they made food for the group a few days before and they failed to produce money.

Well they obviously had gotten away with it plenty of times without repercussions. It’s an absolute bitch to get anyone to face consequences for petty theft.
It sounds like the past couple of times at this particular location they made the food and weren’t able to steal it because the employees were wise to it. But their intention was to A. Find an opportunity to steal it like they did in the past based on Twitter. B. Trigger this reaction so they could post it online like they did and gain sympathy.
Fortunately they were dumb enough to leave a Twitter trail of their criminal behavior.

I ordered at the Chic Fil A drive-thru before I realized I had forgotten my wallet at home. They comped it without a second thought even after I told them to hold the order until I got back.

This mgr better sue or at least be the highest pd mgr in at th company for coming back. Companies need to learn to not be so quick to pull the trigger on things like this.

Tons of places are like this. Izzo's, Willie's, Chronic Tacos, Chipotle.... wait... why can I only think of fast mexican?
I think its cuz of the style of they put your food together(assemble your burrito/sandwich) and you pay at the register at the end.

Love the ones where the young black male is pulled over for speeding/ no seat belt etc..and begins berating the cop while filming it on his phone. Then post online how he was wronged by the police. Nevermind you just broke the law.

You think that is bad? I was looking at google reviews for a restaurant near my house. Come to find out, it is a black owned establishment, which is of no concern to me. However, a black woman (you can see her profile pic and her name) leaves a 1 star review even calling the employees/owner as racists to their own kind. Here is the exact quote:
.went to go pay and instantly was reminded that this is one of "our"poorly run establishments..Ughh the waitress asked us to cash out because she got off at 10pm..this was ok..but when I presented my bsnk debit card for pymnt.. She came back and explained "we can only take a c.c. that has the chip on it" like what?? It has the MasterCard logo, huh?? Manager came over and explained he gets too many chargebacks if they don't use chip..huh? I kindly explained we should be sble to come to your establishment without having all these "special" rules for people of color..I thanked him for his time and I will never visit again..yes it may be little because I had several other cards to use with the chip on them..but why do we accept different rules at " our" estsblishments???
