Also, and I realize this is done by people from all walks of life, the "well what about this person" argument doesn't excuse the person you are referring to.

My first job out of school I occasionally did some work with the state child sex crimes unit. Specifically on their software and computer systems.
It was unavoidable to not occasionally stumble on some of their evidence. I didn't last long. These people should get the death penalty.

To only serve 4 years of an 84 year sentence is a miscarriage of justice.
Thanks for bringing this to everyone’s attention. Maybe there will be enough blow back for this judge to reconsider when she officially does the sentencing.
But I still don’t see how this make Trudy White a better person or a better judge.

The judge here was following the prosecutor's recommendations, not going rogue and full retard like Trudy. That said, I don't like this sentence.
