okay. so that’s his opinion. now, please explain how there’s any substance to the rest of your follow-up comment:

The reality is that they are afraid of having to compete with minorities for higher level jobs despite such jobs still being largely dominated by white people.

other than being a disingenuous race baiting POS, per usual.

One thing conservatives and liberals have in common: They both scream 'tolerance' until someone does something they don't like or agree with.

Every down vote proves me right on this one.

Who said that exactly?

White c on z somehow thinks that adding minorities to these finite number of jobs wont somehow decrease the amount of white people in the jobs.

Anytime a black personal is named to any kind of executive position, this board claims it’s cause they’re black, never mind their qualifications.

with this verbiage, i can only assume you are suggesting in the majority of cases of perceived racism in 2023, there is reason to play the victim? correct?

No, because I'm not going to assume that I know the details of every claim made to be the arbiter of it. I'm simply relying on the assumption that there are racist people out there that unfortunately act upon their bias AND that there will be people that claim they were wronged because of their race where there is no basis for that claim.

It's more solid ground to stand on than to immediately take a side for all or even most cases.

Now discuss the differences in responses. Include riots, arson, murder, looting, job termination, disinvitations to speak, etc.

Have you missed the entire DEI Revolution occurring in the universe?

I personal don't mind it Weak ineffectual groups aways band together to take down the better person and fail, because even in numbers they are going to fail

It really is crazy how something that only exists in people's heads can take over so many people.

Idgaf if Chick-fil-A board is 100% white people or 0% white people. How does it affect me at all? Tribalism is a stupid war propagated by simpletons.

The “white man is oppressed”narrative that this board pushes is no different than the “black man is oppressed” narrative.

Well, except there are established programs dedicated to oppressing white men and quite the opposite for black men. So yeah aside from reality, you’re right.

So DEI is responsible for oppressing white men? Ok
I don’t feel threatened by it.
