Chik-Fil-A is a stupidly well run business that very smartly hires good people, keeps them on (somehow), keeps prices reasonable while maintaining some of the highest quality food and customer service in fast food.

It is amazing to the point where I'm stunned that, particularly McDonald's who has more money than the Vatican, their competitors haven't just copied what they do wholesale to try to keep up.

Saw a slide show thing about Chic-fil-a a while back and was astounded at some of the info presented in it.

There are more Chic-fil-a's than there are McDonald's.

Chic-fil-a is the most profitable and has the highest revenue of any fast food chain even though they are closed one day a week.

There are only 3 states in the US without at least one Chic-fil-a.

Not even close.

CFA and me are in a bit of a fight due to them removing the spicy chicken biscuit from the breakfast menu (at least at my local store).

I still get breakfast from there every other Friday, but I do so under protest.
