Ford is worser than the Chevrolet and the Toyota, but Ram is the worsest of all.

In all seriousness....I have never found Ford or Chevrolet to be significantly different. I think Chevrolet/GMC sells more gasoline powered trucks and Ford sells more diesel trucks. That is probably the opposite of what makes sense to me.

I would buy the Duramax over the Powerstroke, and I would probably consider the Ford 5.0L V8 gas engine over the Chevrolet 5.3L V8 gas engine.

Somewhat off-topic, but what the frick is the deal with this current trend of car commercials staging all these "not paid actors" bullshite who oooh and awww over some latest car model?

Do people actually believe that shite is real? That these car companies would actually risk some random joe blow being like "meh, I guess it looks OK...it's not really my style."

Supposedly they are retaining steel beds out of durability concerns.

No, its just their way of saving face. They missed the boat on aluminum and they know it.

It's really personal preference. The people that are hardcore on either side usually aren't the brightest

The worst is the bear commercial, where they set a live bear against "Real people, not actors". Multiple people in Marketing would be going to jail for attempted murder if it was real.

And they don't tell you that a $60 mat would solve it anyway. I got a F150 last year, and bought a mat from Amazon. Problem solved.

I agree on the JD power trophy stuff. You got an award because your vehicles don't break down in the first 90 days from purchase? Cool!

Dude... Ford tells everybody that the F150 is the top selling truck for like 200 years in a row. However, GMC and Chevy are basically the same truck with a different grill and the sales of the two combined GM trucks beat Ford every year!

GM trucks hold their value better so take that for what its worth.

Personally, my next truck will probably be the Honda.

GM's 6.2 is better than anything Ford offers.
