Culturally adherent Muslims should seriously be barred from preparing and handling food.
If you know any Muslims immigrants there is a very, very high probability that they either use this a-hole-douche method or the hand swipe method to wipe.
Every foreign-born Muslim acquaintance I've made does this and they think it is acceptable in a first world envirnment.
