See what your glass deductible on your insurance is. I've had 2 windshields replaced basically for free through Groupon. Got deals where I would pay $50 towards $100 for a windshield replacement. This covered my deductible. Then the Groupon threw in a $50 prepaid Visa card to cover my $50 cost.

I’ve driven with a huge crack in my windshield for years. Have had no problem getting inspection stickers since I know where to go. Windshield replacement is for suckers.

Call your insurance. When they ask if it obstructs your field of view say yes. They'll more than likely replace it for you with no out of pocket deductible.
