Good towels and bed sheets. I’ll spend $50-60 per bath sheet and $100 on bed sheets. Both are extremely comfortable and will last for years.

Concert tickets, though that seems like a thing of the past now. You can't replicate the experience of seeing your favorite band up close.

Food. I'm a hedonist, and I try to make everything into debauchery. I select my meals with my stomach and primal urges, not based on what my wallet says.

Electric bill.

I don’t care what it costs, running the shite out of the AC to keep it freezing cold in our room at night

I'm really cheap but my one item I will drop money on throughout the month is good coffee. It's really not "expensive" but it's adds up getting it every day

The cheapest people I know would never buy a $5+ cup of coffee. I'm not cheap, but I got tired of buying coffee when I wanted an espresso or something. So, I bought a decent espresso machine and a grinder. I can count on one hand the number of times I've bought anything other than a basic cup of coffee over the past few years.

Baby gear.

I concur. When they're growing rapidly, it doesn't make sense to buy them $80 outfits except for special occasions.
You're better off going to Belk, Kohls, Target, etc since they're a lot cheaper.
Shoes, OTOH need to be high quality when they start to walk.

Tape.
Whether it's electrical, packaging, duct , or whatever, nothing is more aggravating than trying to tape up stuff with cheap tape.
