Sign on front door says:
DO NOT enter this branch with questions about PPP and EIDL loans.
What a bunch of pompous asses!
Then it says : go to Chase Cares website
Switching banks soon...

Sounds like a good way to stay open, protect their employees, and still communicate their info.

Yeah, they’re pretty clearly communicating that unless you’re a major corporation... you can gtfo

Or there is no one there handling those loans.
And these days, less traffic in a building means more safety.

The sign should have said: Banks no longer have actual bankers at branch offices. The minimum wage morons in this building have no idea, at all, about anything you might ask them. They are simply human ATM’s for the people that refuse to go to the one outside. Call our help line where some similar moron will read to you what is written on their computer screen. The guy who wrote what is on the computer screen could help you but we keep him locked up at Corporate and you aren’t allowed to speak to him.

That's exactly what you should do, just to piss them off.

I called Hancock Whitney, they emailed me the very easy to complete PPP packet, I sent it back. They asked for a few more things and done.

Holds true for almost all banking.
Have closed on two home loans in the last year and never stepped foot in the bank.

Do it. Anyone is better than them.

The loan applications are done online. If you have questions call your business banker.

That bank has sucked dogs arse for years

I know why they were of that mindset, but that is a shitty way of dealing with it. It is hard for me to believe they would have a sign like that.

Go in and say that you have a bunch of questions about PPPs in relation to your business that provides tutoring for illiterate adults.
