Not huge surprises but still interesting
It's "peace out" with coworkers haha
Obviously everyone's individual situations are different

4 hrs per day is height of line with children, during child-rearing years? Out of a 24-hour day/16-hr wake day?
Damn, it’s no wonder these young generations are chasing their own tails in their early adult lives.
Need a line for Daycares and children vs parents and children. School + after school activities + working parents + working parents who have date night / personal workouts / spa days….
Sorry, tangent to your point. Just jumped out at me!

4 hours max a day with your children? Seriously?

I mean it makes sense at that age range. You're not 60 and spending 4 hours a day with your likely 20+ year old. I work 10 hours a day and see my kids maybe 3 hours a day during the week if I'm lucky. Try to spend as much time with them on the weekend as I can. But that probably only averages it up to 4.5 or so.

I’m always amazed by the amount of kids I see that spend like 11 hours a day at school/daycare/with nannies and have at least one parent that doesn’t do much of anything
A lot of folks just have kids because they think they’re supposed to I guess

They should do liberal white women.
There would be a straight line right across the top showing that they spend all of their time with cats.

It’s an average, some people don’t have any children so the # goes down.

Kids so to sleep around what? 9PM? Wake up around 6AM? That's 9 hrs. That leaves you with 15.
They are off to school what? 7AM? Parents get home around 4 so thats another 9 hrs.... That leaves 6 hrs.. Its less for some, more for others... so that makes sense.. but then you do have the weekends and holidays.

5 hours of alone time a day? Please point me to this utopia.
I guess if you count work but I don't consider that alone time.

I am actually suprised people 20 - 40 spend that much time alone. The vast majority of people cannot tolerate being alone for long at all.

This thread is serving as a good reminder that the average person can’t interpret graphs worth a shite
