Apparently, the family assaulted an employee in the store. And another employee Was being assaulted outside the store when the cops pulled up. I have no idea who is who and I think the one gets shot towards the end of the video. The are a few articles about the video online.

I just want to know why nobody got cuffed. Especially when the reinforcements come in at the end.
