My rule of thumb: Never friend anyone from work. Even if you hang out with them outside of work. One comment online is all you need to have misrepresented, or someone to be triggered by. They either like it, share it, or are triggered by it, and you can get fired or in trouble at work.
My page is private, and 0 people from work are friends.
