The vehicle before the pickup truck that she waved around was also an ICE vehicle. So it wasn’t blocked, nor did she impede anyone from doing their jobs. Did she deserve a traffic ticket from a local LEO? Yeah, definitely. Did she deserve 3 thugs trying to rip her out of her personal vehicle? No, not at all.
