I actually do journal. And genuinely agreed with everyone who was a proponent of it. Maybe the whole gf thing wasn't true but there was a lot of good stuff in here and some really funny posts too. For what it's worth, I journal both work and outside of work.

Yeah, you did learn that. Maybe you can journal about that later and have some reflection on it.

Read the first page, nothing else so far. But, just backing up OP and saying I keep a little journal too, but it's mostly work related. More of a log book with notes really.
