Caught Fapping - No Fap (30 Day Challenge)

I aint finna fap for 30 days brahs
Reason 1: Got caught beating off by my fiance about 2 weeks ago. Thought she was taking a nap. I went in to the guest room, closed the door and busted out the iPad. She walks in like "what the hell are you doing in here? What are you looking at on there, huh?" Tried to play it off like "ha ha get out of here." Awkward af. Tried to tell her that it had been forever (since I fapped) and I just needed to take care of business -- I had done it the day before. I'm a grown arse man and I can fap if I want. She knows that. But getting caught makes me feel like a deviant.
Reason 2: I'm tired of having to sneak out of my room after 10:00 or so when my fiance usually goes to bed - to work one out
Reason 3: I want to see if I can exercise the slightest bit of self-control
