Enceladus would have gotten my vote... a whole moon, covered in ice, with a massive ocean of salt water underneath that has hydrothermal vents dumping hydrogen and CO2 into it... it's a microbe breeding ground

Titan already has the Huygens probe on it... great pictures... Cool note about Titan, it's the only other place in our solar system, that we know of, that has liquid rain (methane)

Enceladus must be preserved for the 'right' mission that is prepared correctly and won't possibly contaminate it with Earth sourced bacteria or other substances.

Several years ago there was talk of leaving Saturn and sending Cassini to Uranus or Neptune. Engineers determined there was just enough fuel, although the trip would have taken decades.
Now we have nothing in the outer solar system other than New Horizons, and nothing planned. After NH makes its observations of the Kuiper Belt object in 2019 our outer system exploration will effectively be over for the foreseeable future.

Damn, RIP Cassini.
I don't understand how people like Obama, or whatever sector of government, can shut these programs down after seeing the technology that comes out of them, and the exploration too.

Only one problem with that. Saturn is a gas giant. There is no true solid surface for the tribe to live on. Basically it's just a big ball of gas.
