That video changed my mind. I'm going human.
It'd suck arse at first, but that bobcat just latched onto an appendage and held on. I don't know if rabies affected its fighting abilities, but I would have thought the bobcat would have done more to make a fatal strike.

Nobody is saying they’d make it through unscathed or win 10/10 times, but it’s ridiculous to put a 30 lb cat on par with a panther.

I thought about that earlier. I think you have to consider that a bobcat that has been rabid long enough to attack like that has to be in pretty bad shape. I'm no vet, but I would think it would have to be in a weakened state, both mentally and physically.

30 lb cats are fragile creatures. one aggressive grab and slamming of it's body onto the ground by a much bigger and stronger human that isn't acting like a gigantic vagina will fracture it's skull and/or break multiple rips puncturing it's chest cavity, killing it instantly most likely.
Do some of you honestly think you aren't physically capable of ending the life of a fricking 30lb cat in seconds? You are literally strong enough to grab a paw and rip it out of it's socket. Act like the attacker, not the pussy.

Teddy before this thread I actually was convinced that there was no way a grown man couldnt kill a 30 lb cat if his life depended on it. What I forgot was that there really are scared pussies out there that would literally go into the fetal position and wait to die. Apparently a gash or bite is a death sentence to some "men" because they have zero pain tolerence. When they say "hur hur youd kill yourself trying to get away" thats because that is what they would do. Maybe they should lay off the soy burgers and go see the mens clinic for some T shots.
Apart from that these dudes refuse to even use logic. Physics simply isnt in the favor of a 30 lb cat(which is probably well above average for a bobcat) vs 200 lb man. Cats are very fast but they certainly coudnt remove a full grown man with a knee on its neck.
