My first car was a '92 4 door Honda Civic with a manual transmission, manual everything, bought new. That thing was great. Sold it with 200k miles to a gal who was glad to have it. She pimped it up in less than two weeks and it looked like a race car. It could spin those front wheels when you popped the clutch. If you have a manual option, get that.

I have a Civic with a similar monitor (2016 Sedan). The AC and transmission don't give me any issues, but it's a mess when it comes to connecting my phone to it. That works both with connected via USB or bluetooth. Also, the steering feels stiffer than it did when I first bought the vehicle, though when I brought it in for maintenance, they said nothing was wrong. It's not a bad car and I'm sure that it will last a long arse time, but my next purchase won't be a Honda.

I am no expert, but, I commute long distances so I bought a 2017 Civic. 44+ mpg on the interstate and for a compact car has great get up and go. Add in a $214 note, yeah I am very pleased. Great little car for the money.

? I’m not a big fan of cvt and that will be a deal breaker for me.
If you are looking at the 1.5T engine you should look at oil dilution at how many people are having this issue and China put a ban on sales of that version after hundreds of thousands of complaints.

It’s more for my wife who drives across town to go to work and back. I deliver car parts and motors and such to different shops. I noticed a lot of transmissions I deliver are cvt and I asked all the mechanics about it and they all give me different answers and opinions on it.
