Hot take. Please explain your thought process here? Jail her for the affair? We will need more jails. For dropping an N Bomb in a text? For not telling her coworkers and family she was banging the dude?
She correctly resigned due to the appearance of the situation but NOT ONCE has anyone shown a single instance of any issues with her job performance. Hell, it all started because she correctly refused to sign a warrant due to the conflict. She should have just signed it and shut up.

Judges can't be really stupid though. Her use of that word will lead to a challenge of every case she ever presided over that involved a black person, and on top of that she was fricking a cop. Come on... she is unfit.

It was in her family's best interest for mommy not to be a whore.
It was in the public's best interest for her to be a fair and impartial judge which she compromised by sleeping with the sheriff's dept. and being a bigoted racist.
She should've done a little more prayer before sacking up with the bald loser for 7 years. Maybe God would've given her a clue as to what's in the best interest of her family and the responsibilities of her position.
Her relationship with the sheriff and overt racism compromised the integrity of justice in the 23d. The perceived impartiality, favors for her side piece, rulings based on race severely damage the public. The fact that she destroyed her family is only lagniappe.
Are you that blinded by your hard leg, jbgleason? White knighting for this piece of garbage isn't going to get you any.
Any way you slice her she is garbage: family, justice, public servant, homewrecker. She has all the boxes checked for self-centered immoral, unethical, narcissist.
