What kind of vehicle? If it’s 4 door then get a big garbage bag and open it up. Put one side ok the outside and 1 side on the inside (like you are throwing your door away) Close your door and it will hold both sides
Depending on the size of your door you might need a large garbage bag like a contractor size outside bag or 96 gallon bag.
If you don’t have 4 doors than an option would be Saran Wrap. Not a great solution, but at least you aren’t ruining your paint with duct tape.
