You can make your own or buy the ones they sell.

Send it to the dry cleaners. If you try to do it at home you will frick it up - guaranteed.

I have this one from target. Works great. It's probably on Amazon if you're that averse to going to the store

Eta you don't need a board. Just get a towel hook and steam against your door



I also have this one for travel but it's too heavy for regular every day use and not as efficient

Tie or bow tie. Not daily. But for violin recitals, debates or holidays at church

This, sort of.

Put a dry towel on your ironing board.
Place tie on top of towel
Fold towel over tie.
Put iron on lowest steam setting.
Iron and steam through towel.
Do one pass and then check to see if desired results reached. If not, then do another pass.
Stop as soon as the wrinkles are mostly gone.

Also, hang your ties and you shouldn't have this problem.
