I went to an all you can eat hot pot place and don't think I out meat in long enough. Now my stomach is killing me and sweating

It probably wasn't undercooked food. It was food prepared by someone with doo doo particles on the fingers.

Lol, yes eating food that has been "Not cooked all the way" is a very common way of getting food poisoning.

Food poisoning, unfortunately from AM Mart back in the day, was probably the #1 worst experience of my life for a 24 hour period. Good fricking luck.
FYI I still devoured AM mart regularly after that episode.
