They'll probably retest you depending on how diluted it is +/- margin of error. If not, you're fricked and better fire up MS Word and start typing your resume.

We have had it happen a few times and none of the offenders are employed by our company anymore so yes you will more than likely be fired if your employer follows their guidelines

My friend isn't employed by the crips. He just like to stay very hydrated.

I was once told if you immediately declare to self admit to rehab, you are protected (for the short-term anyway).

Depends on the policy. Sometimes admitting beforehand is enough to jeopardize your job.

Yes, and you can also get fired if they detect "masking agents" in an otherwise negative test.
