I am only reading page 1, but yeah they can ban you. I have sister that is corked out on Meth and she and the other meth heads would raid the goodwill boxes at night to return items with tags for the money.

Getting banned from anything involving Walmart should be synonymous with hitting rock bottom.
Look at some of the people who are there. When you're deemed not good enough to join that club, you need a long, hard look in the mirror.

I think just going to Walmart is trashy.

HI OP,
If you have abused walmarks return policy so much for so long your picture is up on the walls in the accounting/cash room. When you stand in the returns area and their cctv pics you up, they notify their cs people to deny you. Your dl is also marked in their system.
You have abused for so long that they banned you in their computer system so now you cant even pull your trashy arse stunts in any of their stores. Congrats

Yeah because walmart is the only store that uses cheap Chinese shite.

it is way easier to return shite to academy

Let's hear some of the items you take back. We need to know how far this trashyness goes.
Shirt bought, worn with tags tucked in then returned?
Mortal and pestle bought to grind Vicodin then returned?

Also, they’re a private company so “can” is essentially whatever they frick they want to do.
Pretty sure Walmart is a public company - "WMT" is their ticker symbol.

I knew a kid in high school that would buy Xbox games on Black Friday and return them the following week once prices were back to 100%. The last time he tried this stunt he got a little carried away and tried returning 10 games across the few stores in town. He got denied at each one because they flagged him in their system. Dummy didn’t even own an Xbox to play all his new games he got stuck with

I tend to return a good deal of non-food purchases
Then you would seem suspicious to me too. I would tend to think the same motherfricker coming in that can't make his mind up at fricking Walmart is up to something too.

Well now they have plenty of things in place to prevent this
1- if you don't have a receipt, the refund you get is the lowest price the item has been in the past X days.
2- if no receipt, you can only get a max of $X back per year (with your identity associated with the ID you present). And this goes on a gift card, not cash.

After we got married we returned several duplicate items to Target and since we didn’t have a receipt they asked for ID each time. After a few hundred dollars you are not allowed to make a return without a receipt for a year. My wife got on the blacklist and I had to do some.
So Walmart can do it too I guess.

I know people who work at Barnes and Noble. You can steal stuff and walkout and they won't do anything to stop you. They will ask you to stop but B&N policy is to not touch anyone if you steal something. So you can steal stuff from them.
But they do try to keep track of people who steal and they have a banned list meaning if they see you in the store they ask you to leave.
Most stores have a do not touch policy if they see you shoplifting, but they will do all they can to encourage you to go back in the store with them, but they won't touch you at all.

Why?? Why would you take the time to purchase things and then just return them (I'm assuming after you used it)??
Are you just a shitty shopper who purchases things on impulse? Why would a person continually make bad decisions on purchasing items that he would have to get back in his vehicle and drive back to the store to return the item????
