If it were worded, "What is the likelihood of randomly picking the correct answer out of the four given choices?" then, it would be D - 25%.
That can't be it. But you may be on to something. Assuming random selection from the entire universe of possible answers (not just the 4 given) then the answer approaches B: 0%.

No, the OT can't, but this time it's not because the OT is stupid (though it is).

It can’t be B. If the answer is A or D then there’s a 50% chance it’d either A of D. So can it be C also? So if it’s A, C and D that means you have a 75% chance of picking the right answer. 75% is not one of the four choices so I’m going to say the problem is illogical and so does Dr. Spock.

Don't worry, man. Eventually your eyes are gonna quit doing that.
ETA: Maybe.

The answer is C. There is a 25% chance of picking 1 correct answer and 2 answers at 25%. Since there is only 1 answer that is 50% once again the answer is 25% which leads back to C 50%.

It is B because the correct answer isn't available. 33.33333333333 percent would be the probability and that is not an option. Due to that not being one of the options zero becomes the correct answer.

What constitutes answering “correctly”? There needs to be a list of assumptions we’re allowed to make before answering.
