Eh, I'm a black conservative Aggie--every day can be an uphill battle on these boards, but I still have a good time talking

You sound just like this guy.

This board pretty accurately represents the feelings and opinions of most white people in general on racial or societal issues. And the black posters on the board consistently reinforce our position on many of these issues by providing no objectivity, reasoning, or logic. I guess that is why you feel like there is an "uphill battle against this board."

Sounds like you have a pretty level headed view on everything. I think that's an awesome way to look at life from anyone or any race's point of view.
I do however think it's pervasive in the black community to feel a "kinship" purely based off of the shared experience of being black. It's not limited to black people. Look at Asians for example.
As you said, the more people become less accustomed to it, the better for society. A white persons racism is definitely damaging, but this mentality limits progress as well.

That isn't true.

Look at this muhfricker here.
You're an alter and you're wrong. The only thing reinforced around here is the passive racism and the 'good ole boy' culture.

Same can be said for some white folks on this board.
Yes, there are plenty of idiots of on this board of every racial makeup. The blanket statements get tiring, though.

I definitely agree with some of your sentiments. They seem fair and level-headed. And your insight is appreciated.

The fact that you 100% believe this

There are only a few black people on this board who have actually came out and said they are black: Tbird, lordguill, 7thward, and BHP, there are others that don't post very often on political topics. None of them, aside from 7thward who is a pretty good troll, have been in anyways clouded by judgmental biases when they post in serious topics, they are pretty objective, especially for being black.

i think the Asian and Indians(Dot) here are pretty objective and do not participate in personal attacks of racial origin.

Indeed

Yeah, that's kind of what I'm driving at, though. What is this so-called "shared experience"? A black person growing up in rural Texas has a far different upbringing than a black person in urban Baltimore. It's just silly to lump folks together from such varied backgrounds, but I digress--I know I'm repeating myself. My bad.
Of all the "my team/your team" tribalism that goes on in our country, race is quite possibly the silliest. Save the competitive rival encampments/mindsets for sports, is what I say
