I’m not well versed in Australian geo politics, but do can they own private firearms?

That government is playing a dangerous game.
Eventually folks are gonna find a way to get weapons in and a revolution will begin.
May not be much but there will eventually be violent clashes with authorities.

Buy guns and ammo

you’re attempting to compare actual criminal / felon incarceration to locking up citizens for catching COVID or being exposed to someone has COVID.
Locking millions of people up for breaking stupid laws vs locking up thousands up for breaking stupid laws seems comparable to me.

Your post is dumb.
Your response is dumb. Look at the list I posted again, why are we worse than those other shitholes on the list?

I’m not familiar with Australian civil matters- Exactly what has changed, in terms of negative impact on the freedoms of Aussies, since they banned guns? TIA.
Well if you read the OP you’ll see the draconian and punitive government measures being taken on it’s own citizenry right now. Of course, you’re a leftist so you support these things.

I love when people point out a problem without giving any solution.
How dumb are you to think there’s no solution?

Read up on agenda 21. 178 countries signed it in the early 90’s. I believe we are squarely in the beginning stages. They are using Covid and CC (under the guise of safety) to reign in the populations as they take more and more control. All of western society is in on it, so yea…there won’t be any place to run or hide. The world economic forum and davos are driving it. They actually tell you what’s coming if you watch their videos, and better yet, read their material

Can sound great coming from some females. I've yet to hear a male from Australia that didn't sound like nails on a chalkboard. Crikey, oy, oy, oy, and all that.

No, it wasn't

I'm open to ideas.
What's happening now is coming from really unified, wealthy, powerful people. My hunch is that there's no arresting it, and that the trend you see in Australia and elsewhere will get to run its course. Something will emerge from the rubble, and I hope there's a part of that "something" that resembles what I consider good and human.
After 2016-2020, and the way the popular will was disregarded, I think it's safe to say there's no political solution.

the fact that you don’t understand the nuance and refuse to, means this conversation is over with.
