For the best martial arts experience for your kids, I would put them in a local wrestling club, gymnastics, and Jiu Jitsu. The two forms of martial arts have a lot of similarities and, when paired with gymnastics, develop incredible functional strength and coordination. Second, you are equipping them with a skill set that the can use in HS for athletic competition. Many college wrestling coaches recommend this path for parents of young kids.

What school does your son go to, and do you recommend it?

Plus, my poor son is so clumsy and uncoordinated, he is doing all sorts of stuff without even being helped, what so ever.
Weightlifting and puberty will help
