I randomly thought of this today while driving past the corner which is now storage units. I think I was in 2nd grade when it happened because I remember a classmate offering up a prayer intention for “a family friend” who was shot and killed outside his restaurant or store, so it had to have been 02-03. For some reason I keep thinking it was called Calvin’s Deli but I’m probably wrong about that. I could be completely wrong on a bunch of details I was very young. Just curious as to what came of the case. Thanks

Either the average age of the OT is getting younger or it’s time for my old arse to move on.

You did it.

You drove by to re-live the fantasy and now you're here to keep it going.

This. It was the old Pelican Seafood. Strange circumstances involved and I don't think they ever solved it. My guess was that he had some money issues and got hooked up with the wrong people.
