Camry. Resale value is important and directly correlates with the quality that is Toyota.

If OP is considering buying something at 100k miles I do not think he's thinking about turning right around and selling it. After putting another 100k on it resale will not matter and at that point just drive it until it falls apart.

i just bought my kid a 2002 Accord with 178K and it runs strong and handles well. I had to do some minor repair/maintenance to get it road worthy but I hope/think we can get a few years out of it.

If you had to pick between a Camry or Accord with 100k miles, which would you go with and why?

07 Camry (4cyl)

The quality of the cars really went down after 02, esp the interior materials and the whole feel of the car. The older car felt more solid and less cheap. I had a 97 and my niece has a 06 or 07. I don't like the inside of her car nearly as much. And it's had a couple issues. I think the latest ones are a lot nicer that that 07.

The V6 I has had 280K on it when it got totaled.

Took a Honda Pilot up to 325k and am at 170k on an Acura MDX. I prefer the hondas for cars and small suv's. Toyotas for trucks.
