Yea, WE are the scum... Not him for forcing 13 kids to grow up in poverty while costing the rest of us 150k a year in gov funding. Nevermind the lives the cop probably saved from this POS not being able to kill someone with his vehicle. We only lose 210 Americans per week to alcohol related accidents, after all

43 with 13 children and 60 arrests. Sigh. Who is gonna support those children now?
The same people who have been supporting them.
The taxpayers

I did not use the word scum. But I could go with Both?
Like I said, in this society we don't kill people based on the number of kids, weed arrests, or DUIs. Sadly, many justify his death based on that.

We get it folks. Many of you are now endorsing killing someone based on number of children and number of weed and traffic violations. Is there some sort of formula we can use for this now?
I'm not saying he should have been executed, but the world sure as shite won't miss him.

I always laugh at all the racist jokes, from the guys who claim racism doesn't exist. Carry on necks

Not justifying, saying good riddance and I won't lose any sleep over it. That goes for any POS that would rather spend their life being a failure than attempting to contribute something to society more than a higher poverty rate.

Tensing saw Dubose driving without a front license plate around 6:30 Sunday evening and tried to pull him over.
Tensing asked several times to see Dubose's driver's license, Cincinnati police said. Instead, police said, Dubose handed the officer a bottle of alcohol.
I gotta give him style points at least.

Some have said it.
I didn't read where anyone said that he should have been executed. The posts that I've read are basically saying that it's no big loss. This guy wasn't exactly a pillar of society.

Sounds like a peace offering.

Tensing fired a single shot, hitting the driver in the head. Tensing fell to the ground as he fired the shot, bruising his legs and tearing his uniform, Cincinnati police said.
I'm going to guess that Tensing was hanging from the window of the vehicle as it drove off when he fired the shot.
Thats the only thing that makes sense.

Only thing missing is a media report with a photo of the victim as a young kid.

Basically they are justifying it because he had too many kids, weed arrests, traffic violations, and driving while drinking.

Sounds like it came 13 kids too late
the departed had 60 arrests...The cops are too patient
At least that has been nipped in the bud pending a 9 month cooling off phase.
Oh I can see that, WITH THIRTEEN frickING KIDS!!! Someone should have taken him out back and shot him years ago
This a-hole had 13 kids and 60 arrests. I don't care if he was outside feeding his dog, he will/has cost the tax payers tens of millions of dollars. I'd say for these reasons alone, the police were justified in killing him before he popped out 13 more kids and got arrested 60 more times.
should have been put down at around 30 arrests
Good! He needs a medal for ridding the world of a useless POS.,

Which of the typical cliches in stories like this have come to past so far?
You forgot one.
He was a drain on society, was going produce kids and should have been taken out long ago?

The Cincinnati African Americans riot over anything, so get ready for live links and #blacklivesmatters shirts, cause it coming.

Oh no! What will the world do without this productive member of society?

With 13 kids and 60 arrests the poor guy didn't have time for a job.
