OP would frick out in Mecca where it's not uncommon to see people wearing camo and face paint in public. Phil made it fashionable.

BC we would wear GI field jackets back in the day. And yes, I still have one.
One of my grandfathers hunted in Red Halliburton jacket and coveralls, other than what he wore to church on Sunday it was the only type clothes I ever remember him wearing.

Why don't you just wear what you want. Then hang around people just like you. And forget about what all the normal people are doing.

Right because no one in Alabama, Missippippi, Arkansas, Missouri, Minnasota, Texas, Wisconsin, Georgia, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Michigan, etc....ever wear camo out in public.

These people should read some of the latest research into the visual acuity of deer. They would probably be surprised to learn that it is possible that their camo is the wrong type, and would have little effect in hiding their presence, or worse, could be made from materials that look to the deer like a spotlight in the UV spectrum.

Very true. Many animals can't see color but can see patterns. Plaid can be effective against them.
But if you really want to look cool and impress all the baws...
