November is a transitional month where an uptick in severe weather events can occur.

1. Gulf moisture w/ Dew points > 70 F
2. Upper level Jet Dynamics. Winds > 85 knots.
3. Low level jet dynamics 850 mb winds > 30 knots.

4. 500 mb Temperatures < -13 C creating instability with regards to low level moisture and warm surface temperatures.

This is the Storm Prediction Center covnvective outlook for Monday but it is valid until 6:00am central Tuesday morning.

For folks in Alabama, you need to look at this as though the enhanced risk area (Orange) shifts further into Alabama later, even though the rest of Tuesday is not covered yet on the outlook.
