People are losing their jobs in Monterey. We shut down BEFORE the rest of California (to keep Clint Eastwood safe from the celebrity death pool).

Louisiana isn't exactly a destination state for anyone

Hell, those 3 million U/E claim estimates are probably low, then. Probably going to be 4 something, approaching 5.

I mean, if California, by itself has 1.

Today I learned California had 1 million people employed at one time.

Really want to have your mind blown?

California has more people employed than the entire populations of Arkansas and Louisiana combined.

That's unemployment for just one state. If every state dis the same thing,

There are 40 million people in CA

They make up about 1/8th of the population. Not 1/50th

Seems CA was a good ten days in before Louisiana (and most of the country) started shutting down. I now have friends who have lost jobs and had to lay off staff in both states. The ecomomic fallout will be severe.

1 million seems tiny

Theres >20 commercial airports in California.

Now throw in 5 NBA/NHL arenas:
Lakers/Clippers/Kings
Warriors
Sharks
Sacramento Kings
Ducks

Im counting 7 major amusement parks:
disneyland
universal studios
Legoland
Sixflags x2
Knotts berry farm
SeaWorld

If 2/3 were laid off we are already at a million. Without talking about Hotels, Theaters and just your everyday small business

I think the real number is at least 4 million

I don't think anyone from California has ever moved to Louisiana, well not without immediately blowing their brains out afterward.
