I have a modest proposal
The human body is 70% water.

Lots and lots of homeless out there doing nothing but getting high and wasting water and shitting in the streets.

I say we extract the water from the homeless and sell it to the rich people and use the proceeds to attract homeless from around the US, to San fransisco.

Constant supply of water, taking care of the homeless problem, making money…it’s a win-win-win
