Cajun Navy question

Who was that POS state representative, from I think Abbeville, that during last years flood wanted to shut down the Cajun navy and have them to be certified and pay fees for their efforts?

That's how bureaucracy tries to kill the human spirit. Red tape.

That kind of bullshite won't stop a bunch of people from south Louisiana.
They'll show up and help fight oppression (be it in the form of government or natural disaster) just like they did in the Bonnie Blue days.
