How fast was Jenner driving if he hit one car that propelled another car into on coming traffic? Jenner claims Steindorff sat too long at a green light. If she was sitting too long at a green light, then how did Steindorff rear end Howe since Howe was in front of Steindorff on the other side of the traffic light? Why doesn't Jenner claim Howe sat at the light too long? And how does Jenner know Steindorff sat too long unless he was behind her when the light turned green, which means he took his eyes off the road long enough to run into Steindorff despite knowing she was in front of him?
There should be a special place in hell for Jenner for trying absolve himself of legal liability for his actions. He should just man up and accept the consequences.
