Judge throws out the process and the lease. I guess we will get version 2.0. Hopefully the MC people can show up on time to the bid meeting. Might want to set a second alarm.

Morning Call seems to have made some really bad business decisions going back 50 years...but, there seems to be something smelly about this contracting action
I know Lauren LeBlanc is not a particularly popular person on this board, but she obviously knows something about running a business...I hope she could buy the present owners out and do something with the business...
