I like the idea. The riverfront area on both sides are underdeveloped. Monroe has been putting some money into bringing downtown back to life which is great, there’s a lot of neat old buildings down there. Good to see something going in on the WM side too.

I lived very near that place ten years or so ago.....I have lived in a lot of places, and that was my favorite of them all.

Yep, I actually lived right near the Louisville bridge.

Why would you want to? Honestly, what are the benefits at that cost? I could buy a house on Caney and be happier.

You lost me at "West Monroe".

yeah Monroe downtown sucked 5+ years ago but it's getting better and honestly could be a nice bar scene if they could fix the place up a bit. And move the riff raff a little further south

They have to get creative to keep tax payers from leaving. Good idea.

What is that house on top of one of the tallest buildings in Monroe? Anyone from there knows what I'm talking about. A regular suburban house on the roof of what I guess is an office building downtown. I've always wondered.

I saw a realtor thing for a couple million. I laughed. It's not pink anymore
