I like the idea. The riverfront area on both sides are underdeveloped. Monroe has been putting some money into bringing downtown back to life which is great, there’s a lot of neat old buildings down there. Good to see something going in on the WM side too.

I lived very near that place ten years or so ago.....I have lived in a lot of places, and that was my favorite of them all.

yeah Monroe downtown sucked 5+ years ago but it's getting better and honestly could be a nice bar scene if they could fix the place up a bit. And move the riff raff a little further south

What is that house on top of one of the tallest buildings in Monroe? Anyone from there knows what I'm talking about. A regular suburban house on the roof of what I guess is an office building downtown. I've always wondered.
