"His girlfriend, Mary Warstler, told the ABC13 news channel that the 39-year-old did not think the gun was loaded and had not meant to kill his friend".

Never point a gun at anyone if you aren't going to use it. How hard is it for some to understand?

Kid a couple years younger than me in high school shot himself in the face cleaning an unloaded shotgun.
He lived to tell about it. He actually looks halfway normal some 12 years later and who knows how many surgeries.

I was taught to always check and then re-check. Had to suck for that kid.

More like tupid is as stupid does.

I watched a friend get killed by another friend (they were like brothers to each other) due to similar stupid shite. Never point a firearm at someone unless your intent is to kill that person. Period.

I actually had a friend point a gun at me. I told him don't ever do that, he replied don't worry, it's not loaded. Proceeded to take out the storm door glass and hit a car next door with the "unloaded gun". Scary incident that I will never forget.

Different scenario. If you haven't been a cop, you wouldn't understand.

What’s wrong with the left side of his face?

no shite. i'm more uncomfortable around a gun 'everyone' agrees is unloaded than one fully loaded.

Opinions vary and here you are...
