Busses in lakeside malls parking lot, anyone have any intel?

Total of 5 charter busses spread out throughout the back parking lot on 17th street. Groups of people sitting on the parking lot outside of each one. No police presence, but lakeside security had all of their trucks back there too. Anyone know what’s going on?
