Burger King’s service is below McDonald’s which is not saying much.

Burger King, cannot handle 5 cars in a drive thru

Chick-fil-a, always has cars and most locations have awnings outside with 2 to 4 people taking orders.

I'll try their sandwich, but making fun of a company who intentionally closes to ensure their workers have at least one guaranteed weekend day off is beyond idiotic. Chick FIL A is to be lauded for that not mocked

This, but it goes beyond making sure the workers have a day off, it is a logistical tool that many many restaurants utilize on either Sunday or Monday to ensure top quality service and output the other 6 days of the week

If you’re lucky enough to get your order right and in a timely manner at BK, their food is pretty decent. Problem is though you’re about as likely to win the lottery.

The problem so many franchises have is lack of consistency of quality. It killed Hardee’s and BK and others.

Corporate gets too greedy and grows too fast. Heard it straight from the founders of Five Guys. He admitted they grew way too fast and didn’t control quality and let people get locations that had no business running a restaurant.

Wendy’s also recognized the problem but let it get away from them and haven’t been able to reign it back in.

McDonalds used to be the undisputed master at this, but even they have slipped.

Right now, CFA is miles ahead of anyone else.

I simply think that Chick Fil A is mediocre.

Agreed.

Their service and consistency is unparalleled, but the food is just ok.

Whenever I drive past a BK the drive thru is empty and maybe 2-3 cars in the parking lot. Meanwhile the line for Chic-fil-a wraps around the building twice.

And it still takes longer to get your food from BK

Haven't been to BK since I was in high school. Last time I was there I was kicked out anyways. Apparently not allowed to enter the store wearing the BK costume yourself.

Anyways - I do enjoy some CFA every once in awhile. Food isn't excellent but what fast food restaurant has great food anyways..

I would rather starve all Sunday, and visit a CFA the following Monday morning than eat anything from Burger King, much less subject myself to their employees.

I tried the new BK sandwich while on the road today. It was ok, but not on the same playing field as God’s sandwich.

I thought Chick-fil-A declared war on all burger places years ago with the cow schtick?

Calm down, Francis.

Why do that have to be Burger King, change it to Burger Queen this month only of course. And how about Dairy Queen Changing the D to an F.

Chick-fil-A should come out with a burger and crush all resistance.
