Honduras, very likely. Also VERY unlikely that she held a visitors Visa and if she is going home for a month that sounds sketch. She would need to stay here, marry, and quickly adjust her status.
Now for other stable countries, most of them get homesick and get on a plane southbound if the relationship fails.
