I work in Elmwood - happy I left work when I did, or I'd be stuck there until at least 7 while it drained. Our streets flood baaaaaaaaad by my office.

People are so smart.
DPW/NOPD should probably put some traffic arms at the underpasses. It shouldn't be difficult to put some logic together that if the water rises to a certain level, the arms come down to try and stop stupid people.
