The ATF heavily regulates ammonium nitrate. They do routine ag inspections all over the country.
He is right though, the bombs used at the soccer stadium in Paris were made from household products. They're very unstable, but they can be made.

How many Muslims are there in the world? How many terrorists? Most democrat Muslim sympathizer have it at about 100,000/1. Where th frick are all the good ones? With those numbers, it should take them a week to fix this problem.
