Certainly the best body of his heyday and an incredible talker.
If Vince’s dad hadn’t been deadset on making Bob Backlund champ before Graham ever got the belt, he’d probably have set box office records for years and turned face in the process.

Bruno pretty much exemplified northeast wrestling. Which was “blatant ethnic pandering to guarantee an audience” rather than heated angles.
Not a classic by any means but he drew a lot of money.

Actually, Jim Londos was the first huge draw, ala Hogan. That said, Bruno is truly one of the all-time greats. Carried the title for nearly 8 YEARS STRAIGHT back in the 60s/early 70s, and then again for another 3 1/2 years straight. Easily a Top 10 all-time, worldwide.
