Even Alonzo Harris knew to get a warrant before he went to kill and rob Roger.

Yall have only begun to see what violation of rights look like. Good cops are leaving in droves and are being replaced by power hungry frickwads who couldn't get hired on as local security guards.

You think it's been bad? Give it another few years under this progressive groupthink retardom we're experiencing.

I hear you in principle, but the cop in question here has been with BRPD for over 20 years.

I wish people could acknowledge this without it turning into a racial thing.

Camallo is the only officer that has been punished for the 2020 incident at this time.

This is because one of the other officers is the son of one of Murphy Paul's Deputy Chiefs. He will not be disciplined.

For Starters:

Probable Cause

Search Incident to Arrest (modified/restricted by the case in '09)

Inventory Searches (towing/impounding cars, etc)

Protective Sweeps

Other In-Custody Searches (Involuntary Mental Health Detentions - in Florida "The Baker Act")

Although not technically a search, a Terry Stop patdown is warrantless

Anything else you want to speak out of your arse about that you haven't a clue?
